MyPlanr — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MyPlanr, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service description
MyPlanr is a household management app for inventory, expenses, recipes, plans, shopping lists, and family profiles. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information.
4. Household data
You may create or join a family household. Owners and co-owners manage membership and settings. You are responsible for information you add about yourself or other household members, including health-related notes you choose to store.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use MyPlanr for unlawful purposes.
6. Subscriptions and payments
If paid features are introduced, additional terms will apply at the time of purchase.
7. Disclaimer
MyPlanr is provided "as is" without warranties. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Medicine reminders are convenience features only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ALNLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9. Termination
You may schedule account deletion at any time from Settings. Your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you may sign in again to restore it. After that period, your account and personal data are permanently removed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
